How do I reset my password or access my account?
CertReady supports multiple authentication methods: Google OAuth (no password needed) and Magic Link (passwordless email login). Simply use your email address to sign in with either method.
What's included in the free version vs. premium?
Free users have access to the first 2 pages of questions for each exam. Premium users get full access to all questions for the exam they purchase. You can buy access to individual exams.
Which certifications does CertReady support?
CertReady supports multiple cloud certification vendors including AWS (SAA-C03, CLF-C02, SCS-C02, and more) and GCP. We are continuously adding new exams and vendors.
How do refunds work?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all premium purchases. To request a refund within 7 days of purchase, contact us through the question reporting feature. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Can I access premium content on multiple devices?
Yes! Once you purchase premium access to an exam, you can access it from any device by logging in with the same account. Your progress is automatically synced across devices.
Are the quiz questions actual certification exam questions?
No. Our quiz questions are designed to mirror the format and difficulty of certification exams, but they are not actual exam questions. We create original practice questions based on official documentation and exam blueprints.
I found an error in a quiz question. How do I report it?
You can report issues directly on each question by clicking the three-dot menu (â‹®) button in the top-right corner of any question card. This opens a detailed report form where you can describe the issue. We review all submissions and update questions regularly.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account by logging in, going to Settings (Account tab), and clicking "Delete Account." This will permanently remove all your data including quiz progress, answers, and account information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, LemonSqueezy. We do not store your payment card details.
Is CertReady affiliated with AWS, Google Cloud, or other vendors?
No. CertReady is an independent educational platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, or any other certification vendor. All certification names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.
